Re: root canal, can I avoid it?

Use hydrogen peroxide twice to three times a day....gargle around in your mouth for a full minute and spit.
My gums were bad and teeth starting to go bad rapidly until i started this about a year and a half ago.

I brush with a small amount of baking soda ( bicarbonate).

They use Barium in the root canal process, it's a heavy metal, and they should not use it, but dentists seem to be the most resistant to change. You should have a urine test for Barium toxicity.

the peroxide/soda was a tooth and gum saver for me.

best of luck.
