I purchased TraceMinerals Research Glucosamine/msm liquid and i am trying to decide how much to take a day. 1000mg is 1 serving (2 teaspoons) and i have read if you arent that healthy you can take more,but that a healthy person usually takes or needs 1000mg. I have bad allergies,neurological problems,joint pain,tmj,and etc etc etc. What would be a good amount? double that or maybe more?
