As an FYI, I called the outfit down in Texas about Oleander, and they only ship the live plant to be replanted, which of course was not what was looking for. He also suggested where I live, it wouldn't, which I knew anyway.

Soooooo, any other sources for acquiring the plant leaves. I am looking to make the 'soup'.
