None of these things worked for me. In fact, anything with milk in it makes me ill. Mixing milk with fruit just bloats me out preventing me from having more than a half cup per meal. Calcium supplements and vitamin D made me worse tiring me out, but I agree b6 and magnesium helped. Vitamin E, omega 3 oils and a balanced adrenal multi mineral helped me gain weight. I found that calorie intake was secondary, and that providing my body with the missing vitamins and minerals was the primary solution for my weight gain. I gained weight eating less then I ever did when I was underweight, and it took me 3 months when following recommendations from a hair mineral analysis, compared with every other method I have tired during the last 20 years.
