I whole-heartedly agree with the poster I'll call number eight.
Also, since you love mayonnaise, consider making your own
with good hen-happy eggs and good oil. (not canola) And consider making caesar salad, which is really a wonderful food, with lots of good stuff. The raw egg is one of the best parts, and it's 'cooked' in the grlic and mustard, so it's no concern. When I was doing a crammed(late hours)computer course, staring at the screen a lot and feeling a lot like crap as number 8 says,(I later realized this kind of work leads to depression) I practically lived on ceasar salad and miso soup with seweed. I should say, these two things really kept me alive. And almost helped me thrive, in spite of it all. It only took a couple weeks in the sun and open air to recover--could have taken much longer.
