Oh not at all! I'm talking about cutting out anything with blatant processed Sugar - candy, soda, cake, cookies, etc. as far as the simple sugars.
My diet at the time was basically low carb since in addition to cutting all of the simple sugars out, I cut out things like pasta, white bread, rice, potatoes, etc.
I drank a lot of water with lemon. Breakfast consisted of things like eggs, oatmeal, plain yogurt, pure applesauce, and green tea. You get the idea. ;)
