why are you folks drinking coke while flushing!!!!!!!

this seems so backwards and wrong, you've been cleansing and flushing and trying to be purifying your body, then you're pouring pure white refined nasty Sugar and corn syrup into your vulnerable body??? i haven't drank a soda for over 10 years. do you know there is 12 tsp. of Sugar in one can?

even if you have been all this time, at least take a break just for this moment (doing the flush) and allow your body to detox some of that Sugar which is the very REASON you are in this position doing cleansing in the first place.

i don't know, to me this is exactly the OPPOSITE of what your optimal Liver Flush could be.

why is it even a breath of suggestion to do a "coke flush"???
