I feel like that too
mainly because it goes in circles and seems to be a vicious circle, line an infinite loop
no wonder we can't get out of it

I know it's just today and it will get better maybe later today maybe tomorrow -it's just like that

I disagree with copper being the biggest problem - there are emotions and we are people and if something is going on and on and on and one strugles to see the happy outcome at these difficult times then it's what we get - sadness and I think it's a natural reaction to going through parasitic disease - there I gave it a name!! Because otherwise we suffer un-named sickness and that makes it hard too.
It's somehow more managable if there's a name to it and if the society at large does recognize it. In our case, we're on our own, no name, no recognition.
No wonder we can go through "post-trauma like" feelings.
