Nutrients are: EFAs--alpha-linoleic and linoleic acid, mucin, strontium and it's 30% protein. Vitamins: A, B, D and E. Minerals: calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, iron, iodine, copper, zinc, sodium, magnesium, manganese and silicon. Actions are: antioxidant, nervine, tonic, laxative, demulcent and the nutritional properties.

While the colon is healing and emiminating the junk, I've had to be careful about adding too much or too little bulk. I would have to experiment with using this and go careful with it. It's going to take a while to retrain the colon to work right. I have had to go easy with colon cleansers, experiment with dosage, and work from the smallest dose, up.
