Don't do LF every day!

I don't know about Epsom Salts having contraindications, but no way you should do Liver-Flush every day- it is both dangerous and impractical, dangerous because you would loose so much of important minerals (like magnesium, potassium, etc.) and impractical because more often does not equal more stones out' The exception would be if a large stone gets stuck in the neck of your gallbladder, then you either drink additional dose of Epsom Salt or do another Liver-Flush shortly. Once because of that I did Liver-Flush three days apart.
