Wow Unyquity, I was not expecting that thorough of an answer.. I can't believe that there are people out there so willing to be unselfish and help others.. thank you SO much! You're MORE than welcome - I'm just being the change I want to see in the world! All I ever ask in return is that someday you selflessly share what you've learned with another person...and then me n' my hubby's goal-dream of 'changing the world, one person at a time', will be our legacy (we don't have any children, and this is our legacy).
After reading all that, it was a bit overwhelming I'm sure it was - it certainly would have overwhelmed me! but I have decided to follow what I can: coffee enema daily, 5 day liver flush (Dr. Schultze's protocol), and ACV Bomb. I am planning to order IF#1, #2, Liver/GB Tincture, detox tea, unyworm dry. (also, superfood?) EXCELLENT! And :::smacking my forehead::: I don't buhLEEV I forgot to mention the Superfood! My apologies. "One" is enough for 2T daily. 2-4T is for 'normal daily living' and 4-6T daily is for when we're in healing mode (when asking the body to expend more energy, it responds best if we give it more fuel :) what is the difference in the different IF#2's with ground stuff? Not a whole heckuva lot. Dr. Schulze used to sell it with ground flax seed, now he sells it with whole flax seed. A company that used to be his 'affiliate' (Health Freedom Resources) still makes it with ground flax seed. Some people feel that flax seed goes "rancid" within minutes or hours of it being ground; others (me) believe/know that's just typical oxidation, and it takes a LONG time for any natural seed or grain to "go rancid". The nutrition of whole flax seeds can only be assimilated after they're ground. Other than that, there's no significance in efficacy (of which I'm aware) between the two.
Also a few questions:
1) What is a good breakfast smoothie/drink you take? alternative to Juvo that you would recommend?A Superfood smoothie: 2-4 Tablespoons of Superfood; 1 cup of water; 1 cup of juice (your choice, we like apple juice or apple cider - just make sure it's organic, and not a concentrate mixed with fluoride laden tap water); one piece of fruit (yum, banana!!) and a couple of handfuls of ice. That's always been the "suggested recipe", but you can make any kind of a smoothie you want to make (as long as you use healthy ingredients, of course).
2) Should I take the ACV bomb indifintely or in cycles? Dr. Christopher taught us that we all need ACV, BSM (or raw local honey) & Cayenne powder daily. As we age (just like we're prone to "lose" things), we typically produce less stomach acid. The wonders & benefits of garlic are infinite (more are constantly being found). Research the qualities of each, and run it all past your "doctor within" :)
3) If I eat garlic I'm afraid of super garlic breath! (I am a teacher so I have to go near many people each day) Is chewing gum ok? There's not many organic/healthy chewing gums with any lasting "oomph" :( And the normal ones are all full of bad sugars & chemicals (and almost all contain aspartame - ack). Dr. Christopher suggests chewing on parsley (specifically for garlic breath), and all recommends chewing on cloves, myrhh gum (a resin) or spearmint. 4) Can I mix fruit juice with any vegetable juice? And any vegetable with any vegetable (fruit with any fruit)? There are those that are into "food combining", but Dr. Schulze didn't give us any restriction. Go easy on the 'dark green leafies' at first (and the beet juice) - they're both very "strong" and detoxifying. (I see that warning about the beet juice all the time, but the truth is, the first time I juiced/juice fasted, I drank 16 ounces at a time, and didn't feel the slightest bit bad...and I still drink beet juice blends that are 50% beet juice). Oh yes, beet juice can and will significant tint your bms & urine....so don't think you're bleeding :)
5) In the 5 day liver flush, it says to drink diluted juice. Does that mean 50-50 water to juice? Can I not drink just juice? Willowley is right, but honestly, there's no WAY I can drink it mixed in 16 ounces of fluid - I always used around 10-12 ounces of straight juice and then drank a big glass of water. (To each his own - I'd rather 'drink less' of something that doesn't taste good to me, no matter how much it's concentrated - others would rather 'drink more' in a diluted form. Whichever you choose, just be sure to ingest 16 ounces of juice and water (if it's not perfectly "equal portions" it's not going to affect how the garlic, ginger & oil actually work to cleanse your liver).
6) I've ordered the coffee enema from SA Wilson and on their website it says to do 2 minimum 12 minute enemas back to back. Does that count as 1 enema or 2? When you say to do 2 enemas during liver flush, does that mean TOTAL 4 a day? What Willowley said is correct. One CE is officially 4T of coffee in 4 cups of water. Sometimes I make mine 6 cups/6T and do 3cups each for a b-t-b...and I've been known to make them stronger when I feel like my liver needs 'more'.
I think I can handle the liver flush if I don't have to drink a half cup or full cup of olive oil all at once. If I can do it over period of time (as Dr. Schultze instructs) I think it'll be better. FANTASTIC!! :::the crowd roars::: :) And if you add some ginger root juice, it will be VERY helpful :)
