Yes do a flush as soon as you can. You could have a stone stuck and doing another flush will get it out. Drink a LOT of water when you are taking that much Epsom Salts . I would not do the Epsom Salts unless its emergency. I call preventing a gall bladder an emergency !! Make sure to take your Epsom Salts when you do your liver flush. And be sure to drink a lot of water the days before you do your liver flush.

I have not the sensitivity of not being able to stand my clothes, but I have had stomach sensitivity after a flush, meaning stomach seems delicate and my cayenne and I did not get along for a few days after a liver flush. If I think I am starting to have a gall bladder attack that is when I cannot stand my clothes. I take my epsom salts as soon as I think an attack is starting.
