Yepper. Lots of things cause adrenal crashes, or commonly felt as "panic attacks." Too much caffeine, pot, nicotine, alcohol (although it acts as a sedative and is calming).
Problem is, we get so used to flying on the anxiety plane (for some of us, years) that the crashes just feel like little bumps in the road.
I do pay attention to Lam, and have been feeling relief from the doses of C and pantethine, however I still slug coffee...
It took awhile to get the adrenals in the crap state they're in; it's going to take awhile to get them back up and running.
