eye Puffiness and Liver problems?

hello everyone after devloping hypothyroid after having RAI done, I have horrible puffiness under my eyes, its not dark circles, but just my eyes are very puffy, especially the right one its 4x as puffy, today it looked like someone hit me on that eye, I am so embarrased since its only that one eye because people give me double looks, they might think I am being abused, I dont know what to do i did a Colon Cleanse and the swelling is the same, any advice
