I have done 6 Liver-Flush - lucky I didn't do it to improve my skin's vitality because it doesn't appear to improve it's rather dry now.
Yet, so many other things improved that I will start to take vitamin E suppliment after defiting candida and the vitamin E will do the work, as usual.
