Same specific point of pain

Can someone define what organ(s) are involved when the pain is felt in the gum area between the front big tooth and the second tooth on the right hand side (looking out)? When pressure is applied to this second tooth there is some ease from the pain.

Adrenals?
Sinus?
Bladder?
Liver?
Gall Bladder?
