Using Hand Massager during Liver Flush

I want to use a hand massager during my Liver-Flush right after taking OO, like some people on this forum did.
Where exactly I should massage my liver, over the rib cage or under the rib cage, trying to get massager directly to the liver?
Massager I got has no heater. Is it better to have the one with a heater?
What is the optimum time for the liver massaging?
