Re: what should you eat prior to first Liver Flush? (and a few other newbie ?'s)

I did not do all the pre Liver-Flush procedure rather I went strait to the LF.
I've had my 6th a week ago and after my 7th I intend to let my liver rest and treat my candida.
I do not do any enema too and planing to cleanse my colon with enema two days after the 7th Liver-Flush and right after ending the cansisa treatment.

Go easy on yourself and choose whatever is in harmony with you, this will give you the determination to go through the complet process - once you see results it becomes atructive.
