i had 4 bowel movements so far, and lots and lots of stones.. my last bowel movement i passed the biggest stone that has come out of me so far..As big as a dime, i could say. (The BRaggs ACV must of broken up lots of my stones. THey might of been bigger) Heard that one go *bloop*, when it hit the water hahaha. I got a cotton swab and tried to crush it, but only the outter layer came off, and in the middle it was very dark green. Almost black. Lets see how the rest of the day goes :) Tweet
