Re: coffee enemas with adrenal fatigue/EDIT
The coffee enema is part of the Gerson protocol. It's dialysis for the liver and pulls out lots of toxins. I used them because my liver was a mess when I started this program. This forum concerns itself with doing the Natural Healing Paradigm and chiropratic, for the most part. Kill the bugs that cause overstimulation of the adrenal glands and wear them out, flush the liver and clean the colon. Order of cleansing: colon, liver, lymph, blood and cells. If you're liver's bad off, start with the liver.
If you've got adrenal fatigue, you'll probably want to do the cleaning out protocols here and start on the Cataplex B from Standard Process. That's for the adrenals. The other SP product is Cholaplex. Get them from a chiropractor or from

Celtic sea salt, distilled water, then some kind of iodine like Barefoot's or dulse or Lugol's. The adrenals and thyroid work together. The Natural Healing Paradigm looks at the body as a whole and addresses all the reasons a person is sick. When the body gets cleaned out, the problems right themselves .
Find yourself a good hands-on, chiropractor. Consider going to the top of the page and get on Doc's website and read some more. Highly suggested you get his CD and find out what this is all about, how it works and why.
EDIT: One thing I forget to add is that if Doc recommends any supplement to stay on for a lifetime, it's the Omega 3. If you go to his website and click on the link for the

broadcast with Patrick Timpone, you will see he says the product that Brian Peskin has out that is the parent omega 6 and 9 oils that allow the body to make omega 3 is making a difference in how he feels. I havent used the product--I do mostly the Flax seed oil, but it's worth looking into.
