I have Lymphedema and I am trying to make it better, among other things by rebounding on a mini trampoline. I read (in an e-book by Peter Hodges) that sessions of two minutes every hour is the best. Apparently two minutes is enough to flush the entire lymphatic system, and the white bloodcells tripple in number and for one full hour their activity is increased as they perform their tasks of destroying and eliminating toxins. After an hour they/their number return to normal.
Anyone's got any input to this, I mean does this make sense or would you say few longer sessions are better? Thank you.
