Exercise is one key to maintaining a healthy weight


The study was done on 34,000 women over a period of fifteen years.  I'm sure it applies equally to men as well.  Note that two thirds of American adults are either overweight or obese.  It says that an hour a day of moderate exercise is most beneficial in maintaining a healthy weight.
