question about antifungal

Hello Dr. Hardy,

I am in the middle of an allergy elimination diet* and have just finished a colon cleanse. I think I may have a candida issue so I would like to go on an anti-yeast regimen.

I have looked at one costly protocol that rotates herbal anti-fungals online, but wonder if an anti-fungal Rx ( ex: Itraconazole, or Fluconazole) along with an appropriate candida diet might do as well… OR might it at least let me know if candida is an issue by a reduction of symptoms (see below)?

If you think an Rx would work, can you recommend one and give the dosage and duration?

My Chronic Symptoms:
Unremitting fatigue
Non restorative sleep
Brain fog
Poor Memory
Scalp Psoriasis
Extreme skin sensitivity to deodorants

Episodic Symptoms (that pertain to candida):
Jock itch
Fungus on fingers and knuckles

* I had an IgGI blood test done which showed moderate to severe food allergies to:
Eggs, milk, casein, soy, dried beans
