hi...i've ingested essential oils from there, and didn't have any problem. although most essential oils have a warning not to take internally, these included. i'm not sure the reasons, i tried for a long time to find more information on internal use of oils, but didn't find much. maybe you'll find something more...i just finally made the decision to try it anyhow.

mountain rose has a good reputation, and generally i liked their products. but be forwarned, if you are from out of the usa and order essential oils and don't like them for some reason, they will not take them back. i ordered a huge bottle of lavender, and it smelled bad, they would not refund it..
