Practice your discernment please!!!! That is the warning given at the beginning of the book.

Be aware that the messages can be biased due to the perceptual framework of the channeler.

When you practice discernment, you discard parts of information that doesn't resonate with you. Only use what resonates with you and see how it clears/changes your awareness and if the messages helps you become empowered.

When the channeled spirit conveys thru the messages, sometimes the channeler itself might intercede and add its own bias/perception which colors the message.

Pay attention to this.

Sometimes you might focus your attention on some parts of the messages that is in sync with your vibration. Pay attention to that.
