im looking into all the saunas. i found a guy who will make the type your using with pvc and organic cotton. built and shipped fpr $575. if its small enough i will go with that. too disabled to build it myself. how bad is your mcs? you say the sauna helping, how? are you less sensitive or can you tolerate things now that you couldnt before? do you take the minerals after or before. do you get the powder form or capsules?
