Juice fast day 11 - added IDF...advice?

Hi

I'm on day 11, started as a Master-Cleanse - to orange - to greens, now that I am home and can use my Greenstar!!

I have added INtestinal Drawing formula, I will be doing this for the next 10 days.
I am wondering if I need to add lax tea to this....

I am NOT doing enemas...
