Re: Echinacea Testimony

What a great post Willow!

I love hearing about, echinacea, habbies, and all those other herbie things... thanks to the 'uny'.

I'm a believer too, I harvest my own and am looking forward to 'puttin' up more this year. When I used to hear Uny talk bout the doc within, I didn't understand one bit of her lingo... But, after, applying only a few of Schultzs / Christophers suggestions to various personal issues, it was as if, something turned on, and my body WAS telling me when to do what, what to eat, or not to eat. So, now I do listen to me, and I know when I need the extra superfood, CEs, castor packs etc. I, my daughter, and her entire family have been 'echinacea-ing' all winter, and we have wintered well.

I'm so pleased, with the great immunity we have enjoyed, that I went ahead & ordered the angustifolia & tenneessesis forms of echinacea. The seeds are now sprouted. yeah!!!!!! I know, they take a few years to mature, but I got to get them started sometime...

I did get a mild form of bronchitis about 3 weeks ago. So, I forced the echinacea, I took much more though, and slapped a castor oil pack over my upper sternum, right up under my throat, covered it with plastic, and turned a heating pad on. It was on all blessed night! In the morning I couldn't believe how much better I was, so I repeated that for a few more nights...wal-lah...all better now.

a happy momo
