I have been using Clark's Zapper for about 15 years. I read about it in her books and wondered if it would help. I made a simple zapper from a 9 volt battery and 2 alligator clip leads as per her instructions and found it did help so then I built one in a shoe box which had an automatic timer and that worked too. When the shoe box fell apart I started buying Zappers online. Some worked better than others and all of them developed defects after about 2 years and one came with a defect in the wiring - so quality control is a problem. Sometimes when the commercial Zapper didn't seem to be doing the job I would hook up the leads to the battery and do it the old way and that always worked.
To help control the herpes I get around my mouth and eyes I take about 1/4 teaspoon lysine morning and evening. Since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 years ago and living a gluten-free life I have been getting less herpes and finding that they are much easier to control using the zapper, vitamin C and increasing the lysine.
