My absence was due to a number of reasons, but one for which I must make a public apology to Curezone & its members is that I allowed myself to become involved with a former member who wanted to start their own similar website.  This person was very clever in their manipulations, and I allowed it.  I even invested in their website venture which began with a similar format of health, and well-being.

After assurances of free advertising and possible return on my investment, I watched the site dissolve into something that little resembled the initial concept.  It took a while, but I realized that I had been had, yet again.  Thankfully, my investment wasn't very sizeable, but it was never recognized (publicly OR privately), and the negativity of the format became so all-consuming that I had to take stock of my choices and admit that I'd made another mistake.  This is not to say that the person is narcissistic OR a sociopath.  Perhaps, they are just self-absorbed.  Regardless, it became a negative experience with a strong message for me:  tend to my boundaries!

Although I cannot promise myself that I won't ever allow another sociopath or narcissist to drop another baited line without my taking a snap at it, I have promised myself that my self-preservation is first and foremost.  Second to that is my continued quest for understanding and knowledge of sociopathy and NPD, and making an effort to share what I've learned with others.

I offer my deepest, and most humblest apologies to Curezone.com and its valued members for my stupidity and any rancor that my personal choices have caused.
