much of which I agree with, but the author lists grapeseed oil as an oil to avoid or be skeptical of!!
I always thought that it was high in linolenic acid, which is essential for healthy blood and oxygen circulation to the body's vital organs plus it is full of antioxidants.
There are supposedly many more benefits to this type of oil, so I think the author may have got it wrong on this one.
