how to cure myopia from childhood? desperate

i really dont think myopia from early age (i started getting it age 7 or 8) would be helped with nutritional protocols or vitamins, but how can you reverse bad (nearly lifelong) myopia naturally WITHOUT surgery or exercises (those strain my eyes too much)

my vision is around -6 diops & its really irritating not to see good. im tired of squinting & i dont want to wear spectacles anymore, & contacts scare me (actually im unable to put them on)

is there any way to cure crappy vision. i heard people doing Liver Flushes here & improved their vision but i dont know if liver health would have any impact on someone who is nearsighted since childhood? would it work?

its truly a nuisance to have bad vision. & contacts/glasses do not give you the same glory or freedom as having naturally sharp eyesight
