Place blowing up

This is a very reoccuring dream where I'll be busy doing something or going about my day, then all of sudden I feel this silent sensation throughout the room and I run to someone and we both wait and the place is about to blow up but I always wake up before it actually does. It's usually in a room in a house, but it's happened in a grocery store. However, I also feel like I'm dying while I'm waking up. Strange, real feeling and VERY scary! Anyone know what this could mean?
