I´ve done two ultrassounds and the second one still showed a lot of stones but far less than the first. At that time I had done about 6 to 8 flushes I guess. You must remember that ultrassound results may depend a lot on the professional who is operating the equipment. Some do it very quickly while others are more careful and look for accurate results. Make sure you "push" the doctor to evaluate your gallbladder in detail by telling you what is percentage of internal gallbladder space occupied by stones X bile.
