Congratulations!

I did 5 Liver-Flush five years ago and I stopped doing them (at that time) the first time I saw no much coming out, since the only information I had five years ago was the book from Dr. Hulda Clark .

Recently I have done again 2 Liver Flushes with big success (stones of 3cm big, 2cm big, etc.)… I don’t think these big stones haven been formed in the last five years, I rather think those big stones were always there but I stopped too soon with the liver flushes.

So today, after reading the information available (which by the way, it take weeks) my decision is to do LF’s till I have at least 3 of them with really nothing coming out.

That doesn’t mean I’d keep on doing Liver-Flush every two weeks. After I see no stones anymore, I’d try to feel the right moment to do the next Liver-Flush (when I feel the body is ready, recovered from the effort, the moon cycle in favourable, you know, when the time is ripe and it feels good to do it, no push…)

Also may be trying a bit different techniques can help, for example last time I took double amount of oil (240 ml., instead of the normal 120ml.) and took lemons instead grapefruit.
Didn’t use any Epsom Salts . More a bigger stones were coming out, but I had a bit nausea.

Next time I’m planning to use 80ml. of pumpking oil since I read in this phorum it works very good too.

So, my feeling is that you are doing great, I think in the cleansing process we just need to care not to do too much too quickly and don’t stop too soon.
