Try this...........

We installed a spray head with a hose in our shower and I ccasionally have used it to clean 'where the sun don't shine' when I don't feel adequately clean. Works like a charm. Use warm water and try to 'separate' the cheeks for maximum results. You can find a way to do that.
I truly think this is the answer to the problem - no wiping abrasion, just warm, soft water. And you can do over, and over, and over.
