Thank you so much. It sounds like you have used these for awhile to know. I didn't see on the clark site where they supply wrist straps with all units, in fact the one with straps costs more. I just needed to know that for the money I will get the same. Do you have to use wet paper towels with the wrist straps? I don't understand that at all. How long do you leave them on? Which setting do you recommend, it says it has three. I've never used one at all and don't know how to use them. This is all greek to me! thank you so much ... tina
