If you don't get your colon moving daily, don't even think about being healthy, you will never be. There's no need to spend money on supplements, just eat 80% raw vegetables and fruits and only 20% of the rest plus a daily enema for as long as it takes for your colon to move on its own, take some good probiotic daily and you will see a difference. But the key thing here is diet, no soft drinks, co caffein, absolutely no sugar, no white flour and rice, no processed foods, basically anything that you can pull a wrap off of. And you will see what true health means.
