sheltered
It's funny, the adjectives that are given to people. - lol - I wouldn't call me "sheltered" exactly, but I seem to have missed out on a lot of things.
Nah, heck, in 1989, when "
Love Shack" came out, I recognized every country song I saw on the top-ten 1989 billboard chart for that music. We were 'forced' back to the Chgo area (where I grew up) in 1983 and HUBBY was the one who wanted to go, NOT me.
THEN, it was MY parents always showing up un-announced. oy
I stuck more with country-music back in those days - probably because my parents hated it. lol
I loved it...it was better then than now...me thinks. Randy Travis, Keith Whitley, Ronny Milsap...
Nowadays finds me not hearing enough new music, so I tune into the "golden oldies" - mostly 60's and 70's soft-rock when possible.
