I've been drinking Kyo-Green by Wakunaga for 7 years off and on. Is this green-powdered drink ok to drink when taking the herbs?
I've wondered if it would be beneficial to add Kyo-green to my kefir/apple/banana/lecithin/Brewers yeast/TMG/MSM/magnesim malate smoothie in the morning... do you think it would be ok? Would it be too much?
Kyo-Green is made of Barly Grass and Wheat Grasses, Cooked brown rice, FOS, Chlorella and Kelp. Other ingredients are patato starch, vitamin c, B-carotine, licorice extract and guar gum.
