okay.... so its the end of day 11! hooooray! I work at a bakery and this last week has been pretty hard. But I really want to dedicate this time to cleanse my body and lose weight. A lot of times I am so hungry. I know this is because i dont drink enough of the lemonade or put enough maple syrup. But im worried im going to gain weight. I drink about 36 oz a day and vary the maple syrup sometimes only 3 tbs a day. Is this terribly bad? I dont know what to do with myself I hate my body and want it to change as quickly as possible. I have about 15 more lbs to go to reach a healthy weight on the bmi scale. Any tips on how to trick metabolism..? I am scared its slowing down.I ran today on my treadmill but i felt so sick doing it. any suggestions?
