Re: milk thistle

I'm preparing to do my first liver flush. I've used M.T. for about a year. I have expelled a few stones, recently, but nothing significant in comparison to the expectation I have for the flush. If you like M.T., I've used a few and just found one I really like , which is also the one that gave me some expulsion of stones. A very effective formula. I plan to stay with this one.
