I did UT for one week, first only drinking one TBS of my morning urine for about 3 days and then for the next 4 days drinking about 4 oz of the morning urine.
After 7 days, I suddenly realized the horrible pain I was having getting up in the morning was just gone. I did not have the sharp pain when walking....or when I would get up from behind my computer. After 2 years of constant pain, I felt like normal again.
I truly believe that UT cured my plantar fasciitis.
I want to mention that I did not just gulp down the urine, I kept it in my mouth for about 20 second first. I heard that the receptors on the tongue and the back of the throat are what make the UT so effective.
