Tyrosine cause anxiety?

Hello Dr. Lam.
I am concerned and uneducated on this.
For one with adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid ( high reverse T3) both which are being addressed, I've read that tyrosine can be one amino acid that can aid in the t4 to t3 conversion. I've also read that tyrosine is a precurser to "norenphrine and epinephrin" ( or adrenaline?)
If this be the case, can one who is more prone to anxiety with hormone imbalances, benefit from this, or could is cause more anxiety?
Thank you.
Paul
