Hopefully you have some re-assurance from the messages here - from people who have done it - not talked about it from a book.

Most folk on the Liver Flush Forum follow the Dr. Hulda Clark e protocol (see Liver Flush Forum FAQ - desription at bottom), you need to be accurate in following Epsom Salts and olive oil timing. Personally I like to make up my Epsom Salts drink with apple juice, and rinse my mouth with apple juice after olive oil - no need to suffer needlessly.

Give it a go, be surprised at the results, and confound your Naturopath with successful action not words.
