Re: has anyone had good flush without post-colonic?

Even though I know I should do either a colonic or enema, I do not. I did my 13th flush this week, the best so far. I used Colosan (oxy powder is similar) to 'move' things along and it worked like a charm. I took one teaspoon in water, then rinsed the glass with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and drank that. I did this for 4 days prior and again about 4:00 pm on the afternoon after the olive oil. It really gave me a great push and I had stones still coming even the next morning. :) I felt better this time afterward as opposed to when I have flushed in the past and I know, based on how I feel, that I did not get everything out.
