Useful message for newcomers

If you are a newcomer to the forum like me, I found blogs or messages written by "mpdela" very useful. Veterans to this forum may know her well and may have read all her useful messages but if your like me it may helpful to go back and read all her messages. Find any one written by her and just click on her name and it will bring up all messages written by her to date.

I started with the oldest message on page 1 and then go chronologically, so it has a continuation. She seems to be a frontier and an activist on this matter because she has a son with this condition. It informs us on matters including but not limited to supplements and regimens that are helpful to informative websites and how and where to go for testing, etc.

I also started to read blogs posted by LPN as she has tried many products that have worked and failed for her to guide us so that we can maybe save some costs without trying all the products. Hope this is helpful. Tweet
