do think this could explain why when I take not too much (even 200mg) calcium I get even tighter? Because the body can't move the Calcium like it should be able to....

Are there other explanations out there for why some people get loose stools so easily taking even small amounts of magnesium internally?

Andy Cutler talks about mercury screwing up mineral transport and many mercury poisoned people having magnesium tolerance issues. So that has been the one I have leaned on, but does anyone else know of others? The flouride creates defficiency but does it create transport problems?
