I do my standard mixture of three tablespoons each in 1 gallon of boiling water.

Dandelion Root Tea
Burdock Root Tea
Licorice Root Tea
White peony Tea
Bupleurum root Tea
Ginger Root Tea
Chicory Root Tea
Hyssop Tea

Make sure you drink plenty of water during and after and are not pregnant or on special medicines. It will also lower blood Sugar levels so be careful if it is common in your workup.
I have used this one for many years. Strong diuretics but the white Peony helps even out the effects of the cleanse. Tweet
