I have not been on CZ for awhile (and probably no one noticed...). I left because of the last high drama.

So, this is what I learned about being here for years. Ignore the losers, and just keep posting whatever the hell you feel like posting. If you are lucky enough to have your own forum, then say everything you want on that forum.

Everyone has their own ideas....there are bazillions of therapies and passions and ideologies on CZ. Always has been, always will be.

The best defense is to ignore. The best offense is to own your own forum, or sans ownership just read posts and practice your "wry" smile. Learn to type "whatever" and leave it at that.

I think this website needs some major smiley's. There are some good ones out there that put an emoticon to the BS. Then you can stick your wry smile either on a post, or where the sun don't shine.

I'm so zen now. Oil Pulling rocks, and anyone that wants to get all crazy about sticking a tablespoon of oil in their mouths...come on over, I'll take you on one at a time!!

Yeah, I'm back, probably stupider and bitchier than ever......
